LEEDS was founded more than 30 years ago as a project of District 16b Lions Clubs of New Jerseyto help those in need by working with hospitals, health care organizations and health practitioners.LEEDS helps to identify and treat health problems in our community, and to enable health care groups to acquire the technology and equipment to screen and treat affected individuals.Our organization provides health services, such as eye exams, blood pressure readings, hearing tests and diabetes screening. In cooperation with CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, LEEDS also brings mobile health services to the community.You may have seen our van at community events and had your blood pressure checked.
