Come to the Bucks Mill Community Center for an afternoon of fun and excitement! Proceeds will support local charitable causes. Our recent events have supported a Beep Baseball tournament at Dorbrook Park, a fence for the Kateri Day Camp playground, and a service dog for a Monmouth County Army veteran. The Colts Neck Lions Club has been serving the Colts Neck Community since 1969. Lions volunteer their time to humanitarian causes in their local and world communities. By conducting service projects and raising funds, Lions strive to help those in need, wherever they are.
This year’s Kentucky Derby event features beer, bourbon and wine tasting, coordinated by Colts Neck Wine & Liquor, plus a 50/50 horse picking raffle and delicious, light food supplied by local eateries. There’ll be music, a traditional Kentucky Derby fancy hat contest, and a silent auction. The day leads up to the final feature – the Kentucky Derby, shown on a big screen for all to watch and cheer on your favorite horse. Come out for this fun-filled community event.
